Under the name Sport quattro Club (herein after referred to as: SQC) is registered in CH 6332 Hagendorn (ZG).
The club aims the comradeship and the preservation of the common interests in sport and social regard of vehicle owners of the brand Audi, Type 859 Sport quattro and an original Works Rally quattro.
The Sport quattro Club consists of:
The owner of a Sport quattro and or Rally quattro that takes part actively in the club life and wants to support the endeavours of the SQC must submit a written application to the Executive Board. The Executive Board makes the decision of the applicant. A member becomes a passive member automatically when he changes the brand. Active members are entitled to vote and be voted for.
Sponsors of the SQC, former active voice members and persons who endeavour to support the club are taken as a passive members. Choice of applicants are in accordance with article three. Passive members are not entitled to vote. Qualifications being either an advanced active membership or an active member as sponsor. Each individual active member can only sponsor one passive member.
Honourable members are persons who have earned the status in some special way of service to the SQC. Honourable members are entitled to vote. Honourable members are chosen by the Board and voted for at the general meeting.
